Payments and PayFast
PixelVerse sells digital memberships and digital cosmetics. Payments are processed by PayFast. PixelVerse receives transaction references, payer email, payment status, item details, and related metadata required to confirm and support digital purchases.
PixelVerse does not store full card or banking details inside the application. Buyers should contact PixelVerse using the support route and include the PayFast reference if a payment fails or a digital item does not unlock.
Sharing, retention, and your rights
PixelVerse does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers. Information is shared only with service providers and infrastructure needed to run the platform, process payments, send support email, and meet legal obligations.
