These terms govern use of PixelVerse, including digital memberships, digital cosmetics, payment processing, cancellations, refunds, and community participation.
Accounts and acceptable use
By accessing PixelVerse you agree to follow these terms, platform rules, and applicable law. You are responsible for account activity, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping login credentials secure.
Digital goods sold on PixelVerse
PixelVerse sells digital memberships and digital cosmetic items only. Memberships are recurring digital subscriptions. Cosmetics are one-off digital account items such as profile themes, avatar borders, badges, banners, and nameplates. PixelVerse does not sell physical goods through this storefront.
Billing, delivery, and cancellation
Payments are processed through PayFast. Digital goods are applied to the account that initiated checkout once payment confirmation is received. Memberships remain active until cancelled and may renew automatically according to the billing settings shown at checkout. Buyers are responsible for signing in to the correct account before purchasing.
Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
Refund handling for digital goods is described in the refund policy. Cosmetics are generally not refundable after they have been unlocked on an account. Membership cancellations stop future billing but do not normally reverse already delivered access for the current paid period. Fraud, abuse, or unsupported chargebacks may result in account restrictions while the case is reviewed.
User content and enforcement
You keep ownership of the content you create, but you grant PixelVerse the rights required to host, display, and distribute that content inside the platform. PixelVerse may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate platform rules, infringe rights, abuse payment systems, or threaten the safety of the service.
