Refund Policy
This policy explains how PixelVerse handles refunds, cancellations, delivery checks, and disputes for digital memberships and digital cosmetics.
Digital cosmetics
Cosmetics are one-off digital items that unlock on a buyer account after PayFast confirms the payment. Because delivery happens digitally and the item is attached to an account, cosmetics are generally non-refundable once unlocked, claimed, or applied.
Digital memberships
Memberships are recurring digital subscriptions. Buyers may cancel future renewals from their billing area. Cancelling a membership stops future billing but does not normally refund the current paid period after access has been delivered.
Duplicate payments or failed delivery
If PayFast shows a successful payment but PixelVerse has not unlocked the membership or cosmetic, contact PixelVerse before opening a chargeback. Include the PayFast payment reference, the email used for checkout, and the product name so the payment can be traced quickly.
Fraud and abuse
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of abuse, account misuse, repeated unsupported disputes, or attempts to obtain digital goods after successful delivery. PixelVerse may suspend access while fraudulent payment activity is investigated.
